Commemorative Book Dedications
Each light on the Tree of Life has been named as a
tribute
to remember or honor the life a loved one or friend of
the donor or someone who has made a difference in his or her life or the lives
of others. These special dedications help Hospice Foundation continue its
commitment to fund local community programs that offer comfort and care for
people at the end of their lives, and services that help families in their
caregiving and/or following their loss.
The names of the donors appear alphabetically on the
left side of this online edition of the Commemorative Book, with the names of
their dedicated lights on the right side.

Commemorative Book Dedications (received as of
Dec. 11, 2007)
Additional lights may be named through the end of
December either online or by calling us at 831-333-9023. If you
prefer, envelopes are also available at our office at 20 Ragsdale Drive in Ryan
Ranch, Monterey, Calif.
Light dedications made or received on or after December
12, 2007,
will be entered into this online book within the next
several days. If you would like us to notify you, please call (831)
333-9025, ext. 14. The
printed Commemorative Books will be on display at each of the ceremonies and
remain for viewing at each location throughout the holiday season.
