Become a Member of Hospice Foundation . . .
You feel the satisfaction that comes from helping make it
possible for families to receive hospice care and the
supportive services they need.
You help ensure that hospice care will be available as a
choice for anyone who needs it at the end of his or her
life.
Your participation helps educate your loved ones, neighbors,
friends and many others about hospice care. You become an
"ambassador" in the Hospice Foundation's community outreach
efforts.
If you wish, you also have many opportunities to become
involved in the mission to fundraise for hospice care, which
can make a difference in your life and certainly in the
lives of so many Central Coast families who need this care.
