There are many ways, at many giving levels, in which tax-deductible charitable contributions can be made to support hospice care through the Hospice Foundation.

Gifts are received in response to our annual appeal or fundraising events, or as memorial or honorary tributes to loved ones or friends. Gifts are also received as bequests as part of a donor's estate planning program. Scroll down for information on special gift opportunities, such as designating a Tile of Life, or to explore the tax-saving options available with estate planning.

Or By Phone:
You may call us at (831) 333-9023 and charge your gift to your Visa or MasterCard.

Donors receive a gift acknowledgement receipt for their tax records. If your gift is sent to honor or remember someone, that person or his or her family receives a personalized note indicating that the Foundation has received a gift in their name. The card includes your name and address, but not the amount of the gift.
