om Reddy has a 25-year career in management and ownership of residential care, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska, and is partner in Health Management of Kansas. From 2003-05, Tom was president of the National Foundation for the Advancement of Elder and Disabled Care. He also served as vice president of American Health Care Association from 2003-04 and 1999-2000, and as chairman of the AHCA independent owners, representing 48 states, from 2001-2002. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of South Dakota School of Business in Vermillion. Recently relocating his family to Carmel, Tom is a member of Tehama Golf Club and a former marathon runner.
