alph W. Thompson III, a native Californian, is managing partner of Thompson & Bileci, LLP, attorneys-at-law in Monterey, Calif.  Ralph received his J.D. degree from California Western University School of Law in 1967.  He has practiced law in Monterey since 1968 and represents clients in commercial, business, and real estate litigation; and probate, trust, and estate litigation and administration.  He is also expert in alternate dispute resolution as a mediator and arbitrator.  Among many community leadership positions, he has served as President of the Monterey County Bar Association, Legal Services for Seniors, American Cancer Society, and the Pacific Grove USD Board of Trustees.  He is an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University and a member of the Rotary Club of Monterey.  He and his wife, Twyla, live in Pebble Beach and have three adult children.
