aul Bianchi is senior vice president and director of wealth management services for Pacific Capital Bancorp.  Paul has more than 30 years experience in private banking and wealth management services.  He joined Pacific Capital's northern region last year as regional market manager, overseeing offices in Gilroy, Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara and was named to his current position in early 2007.  Paul joined Hospice Foundation's board in the fall of 2006.
